Users must: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain confidentiality of login credentials - Be responsible for all activity under their account

We reserve the right to: - Suspend or terminate accounts - Remove misleading or fraudulent profiles

You agree NOT to: - Provide false or misleading information - Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices - Violate intellectual property rights - Post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content - Circumvent platform safeguards

Creators agree: - To provide genuine and accurate audience metrics - Not to inflate followers, engagement, or reach artificially - To deliver agreed content to brands as per mutual agreements

Brands agree: - To provide clear campaign requirements - To compensate creators as agreed (outside the platform) - Not to exploit or misuse creator content

• Users retain ownership of their content
• By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

• Showcase content for platform functionality

The Company does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

The Platform may rely on third-party infrastructure and tools (including hosting, analytics, and development platforms).
